Senior Software Engineer - React UI Mid Level Developer

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced React UI Mid-Level Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js
•Implement and manage application state using Redux / Context API / modern state management libraries
•Architect reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components
•Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality production-ready code
•Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
•Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
•Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality
•Troubleshoot complex UI and production issues
•Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
•Hands-on experience with Redux or alternative state management (Context API, Zustand, etc.)
•Solid expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
•Experience in REST API integration

Good-to-Have Skills:
•Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
•Experience with version control tools like Git
