Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java AI Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• This role requires candidate to have strong development/system knowledge and should be able to review and guide on design patterns, performance optimizations etc.

• This is role requires the candidate to be involved in all parts of the software development life cycles including requirements, software design, writing code, testing, deployment and maintenance.

• The candidate is expected to provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications.

• The candidate may also be called on to provide technical, troubleshooting and design guidance to peer application development teams,

• Candidate will be expected to review / maintain diverse codebase (Java, React, Angular etc.).

• Ability to create tools to manage the routine tasks is a plus.

• Working in geographically dispersed team, the candidate will be responsible for front to backend project delivery and should be able to mentor and motivate junior team members.

• Candidate will be self-motivated and should be able to work in dynamic environments with limited or no supervision.

• Strong knowledge of server-side languages including Java and SQL

• Work experience primarily with building enterprise server-side applications using Java/J2EE Technologies

• Excellent knowledge on rest spring boot and microservices.

• Excellent Core Java, Spring and Hibernate programming skills

• Hands on knowledge of working on Multithreaded application (Must-have)

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML5, Java script libraries (React, Angular 10+)

• Exposure to AI/Analytics tools, Python Knowledge.

• Experience in creating and managing architecture documentation is a plus.

• Exposure to log analytics, development and tuning of AI tools for log management are a plus.

• Prior work on client facing websites in the banking/brokerage industry a plus.

• Experience exposing internet websites on mobile devices, or comprehensive knowledge of mobile application development
