Job Description:
Responsible for consulting practice in the areas of sustainability and ESG. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their sustainability and ESG goals, assess their current practices, and develop and implement strategies that drive positive impact. The successful candidate will be an experienced consultant with a deep understanding of sustainability and ESG issues and a proven track record of delivering results for clients.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of our sustainability and ESG consulting practice
• Work closely with clients to understand their sustainability and ESG goals and develop customized strategies to achieve them
• Conduct sustainability and ESG assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver sustainability and ESG training programs for clients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability and ESG trends and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our consulting services align with our overall sustainability and ESG goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry associations, and government agencies

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or Sustainability)
• At least 10 years of experience in sustainability and ESG consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results for clients
• Expertise in sustainability and ESG issues, including carbon foot printing, renewable energy, supply chain management, and diversity and inclusion
• Experience in sustainability reporting; sustainability target setting; carbon accounting; climate change; sustainable finance; techno-commercial assessments; emissions modelling & scenario development; carbon pricing, carbon markets & trading; ESG governance; and circular economy.
• Good knowledge of concepts and policy options in one or more of the following sub-areas: climate change, GHG and Carbon neutrality; decarbonisation and energy transitions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries
• Familiarity with sustainability and ESG frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
