Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with strong Java full stack expertise and hands on experience in AI/ML / GenAI to build scalable applications and intelligent features for enterprise grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Java based microservices and high performance applications (Spring Boot, J2EE).
• Build and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn, or XGBoost.
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector DBs).
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning.
• Collaborate with product, data, and architecture teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and ensure code quality, design reviews, and best engineering practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering; strong hands on Java expertise (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML models.
• Strong skills in Python/Java, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Nice to Have
• Experience in telecom or enterprise SaaS domains.
• Exposure to real time streaming (Kafka).
