JOB DETAILS

Specific duties will include:
Process and input FIT/ Group reservations following hotel reservations policy
Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day
Assist with the input of group reservations rooming list
File processed reservations in the designated areas
Take personal responsibility to ensure that all enquiries are addressed Prepare a three-month market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual
results versus forecast for plan achievement
Complete and analyse month-end reports
outline risks and opportunities relative to meeting rooms versus Guest room availability to present
at weekly meetings
Any other duties assigned by the manager

Work Experience
Reservations experience in international brand hotel / resort
Outstanding administration skill set, as well as a strong sales focus with a proactive approach
High level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Excellent communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude
Experience with Opera reservations system is desirable
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
Enjoys working within a small team, and thrives working under pressure to meet tight deadline
