Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer with strong expertise in Talend ETL development, data integration, and large-scale data processing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL pipelines and integration workflows while supporting enterprise data transformation initiatives. Experience with Talend ecosystem tools, Java development, and modern Big Data technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend Data Integration (DI).
  

• Build and support scalable data integration solutions across multiple source and target systems.
  

• Develop and optimize data transformation workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
  

• Implement and manage Talend ESB services and integration components.
  

• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Integrate data from various enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
  

• Support data migration, replication, and synchronization initiatives.
  

• Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
  

• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across integration processes.
  

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Application Development teams on enterprise data initiatives.
  

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Talend ETL Development.
  

• Good understanding of Talend ESB and Talend Integration Runtime.
  

• Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
  

• Experience working with Qlik Replicate for data replication and migration projects.
  

• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Catalogue and metadata management.
  

• Working knowledge of Big Data technologies and distributed data processing frameworks.
  

• Experience with Databricks and PySpark development.
  

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  

• Experience in data integration, data migration, and ETL best practices.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
  

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
  

• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
  

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
