    The organization is a leader in the research industry having their presence across the globe. They have their shared service setup for various functions to support the global team from India. The Staff Accountant/Senior Accountant position will be part of the finance team in shared service, supporting the group finance team in the US. Location: Pune | Industry: Marketing

    Job Description

    Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant (2 to 8 years)| Pune |



  • Support preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and IFRS statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.


  • Prepare and review disclosures, tie-outs, stock compensation calculations, and supporting schedules for external reporting.


  • Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, subsidiaries, and auditors to validate financial data and support the quarterly close process.


  • Ensure SOX compliance by executing and documenting internal controls over financial reporting.


  • Assist with external audits, technical accounting initiatives, and key reporting projects.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant (2 to 8 years) should have:

  • CA Preferred
  • Strong educational background in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles (IFRS and USGAAP)
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
