Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments Ensure teams are aligned on priorities and deliverables Maintain operational momentum and prevent delays Resolve workflow issues proactively 2. Team Leadership & Accountability Manage department leads and clarify expectations Hold teams accountable for deadlines, quality, and responsiveness Address performance gaps and enforce corrective actions Promote a culture of ownership and professionalism 3.
Decision-Making & Escalation Handling Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues Make timely decisions to keep work progressing Resolve cross-functional conflicts independently Escalate critical risks when necessary 4. Prioritization & Workload Management Align teams on daily and weekly priorities Reallocate resources based on workload demands Ensure focus on high-impact work 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Drive collaboration between Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams Maintain alignment between design, costing, and execution Ensure smooth and structured handoffs between departments 6.
Process Enforcement & Discipline Enforce SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards Maintain consistency in file management and reporting Eliminate process deviations 7. Global Coordination Act as liaison between India and USA/Canada teams Ensure global directives are executed effectively Maintain clear communication across time zones 8. Productivity & Performance Monitoring Track team productivity and output Identify inefficiencies and delays early Ensure effective utilization of work hours 9.
Meetings & Communication Lead internal meetings with focus and efficiency Standardize communication across teams 10. Systems & Tools Compliance Ensure ERP and tracking systems are used correctly Enforce Google Drive and file structure discipline 11. Reporting & Visibility Provide regular updates to the CEO Proactively highlight risks and delays 12.
Office & Administrative Oversight Oversee administrative and support functions Ensure smooth functioning of operational infrastructure 13. Execution Validation Verify that reported progress aligns with actual on-ground execution Identify gaps between reported status and real progress 14. Escalation & Dependency Management Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and track resolution Follow up on pending approvals and required inputs from USA/Canada teams Proactively identify and mitigate delays caused by dependencies 15.
Structured Reporting Maintain clear and standardized reporting on progress, risks, and issues Ensure timely and accurate updates for all stakeholders Provide actionable insights to support decision-making Qualifications & Experience 12 years of experience in operations, project management, or leadership roles Proven experience managing multi-department teams Experience working with global teams is preferred Background in design, manufacturing, or procurement is a plus Key Skills Strong leadership and accountability High attention to detail and process discipline Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What We’re Looking For Strong ownership mindset Execution-driven with consistent follow-through Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex environments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global setting Compensation Competitive base salary Important Note This role is responsible for enforcing operational discipline across the organization.
