We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Sr Data Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Business Intelligence Sr. Data Analyst

• Proficient in SQL : Hands-on experience with complex queries, data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.
• Analytical Problem-Solving : Ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze data trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• ETL Knowledge: Familiarity with SSIS packages and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
• Data Quality Assurance: Skilled in ensuring data accuracy, performing system testing, and reconciling inconsistencies.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formula-based data manipulation.
• Strong Communication: Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Experience in addressing system inefficiencies and improving manual workarounds.
• Reporting and MI Development: Proficient in developing management information systems and centralized reporting solutions.
• Project Coordination: Adept at managing activities across multiple teams, mitigating risks, and tracking project progress.
• Experience with Insurance/Finance Clients: Good understanding of the insurance domain, including regulatory requirements like IFRS17.
