    Our client is a fast-growing technology company recognized for its expertise in data engineering, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and DataOps. They enable business transformation through modern data architectures and real-time insights, serving some of the world's largest data producers.

    Job Description

    As a Data Science Leader, you will spearhead the growth of the data science practice, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to design innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Responsibilities include team building, client engagement, identifying scalable use cases, growing P&L, and ensuring delivery excellence across analytics platforms.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tier I/II institutions; MBA from top B-schools preferred
  • 17+ years of experience, with at least 10+ years in analytics execution and leadership
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, influence senior stakeholders, and maintain C-suite relationships
  • Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and strategic solution design
  • Experience in at least two sectors: CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI
  • Prior experience in Consulting/Services
