Compliance Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: 10 LPA
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Compliance (Banking Domain)

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end regulatory adherence, compliance testing, RBI reporting, and compliance governance as per industry standards.

• Review and perform Compliance Testing of RBI Tranche III within defined timelines.
• Prepare quarterly notes to the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) on compliance testing observations.
• Review compliance observations, conduct discussions with stakeholders, and finalize compliance reports.
• Drive improvements in Compliance Snap Testing through automation, analytics, and best-practice alignment, including selection of parameters based on RBI penalty trends.
• Prepare Annual Compliance Risk Assessment to identify critical and high-risk units for compliance testing.
• Conduct annual testing and review of compliance risk parameters for submission to ACB and senior management.
• Develop and execute the strategy for Sustenance Testing of RBS IRAR and RMP observations.
• Conduct compliance testing for new products within six months of launch.
• Disseminate RBI circulars, identify departmental ownership, and create workflow charts for compliance activities.
• Vet bank policies and SOPs to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Handle submission, follow-up, and review of RBI Indent.
• Manage and review compliance for RBI Inspection observations, IRAR, and RMP.
• Provide regulatory compliance advisory services across both Assets and Liabilities verticals.
