Network Administrator Role Overview :We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our campus network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise network systems .Key Responsibilities :Manage and maintain Aruba Mobility Controllers and centralized WLAN infrastructur eConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot ~3000 Aruba Access Points across campu sAdminister Aruba ClearPass for authentication, authorization, and policy enforcemen tIntegrate and manage authentication with Active Directory (LDAP, RADIUS, 802.1X )Implement and maintain secure Wi-Fi networks (Employee, Guest, Management SSIDs )Troubleshoot wireless issues such as roaming, interference, coverage, and client connectivit yMonitor network performance using Aruba AirWave/Central (or equivalent tools )Apply firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration backup sCoordinate with IT teams for network security, VLANs, and firewall policie sRequirements :Hands-on experience with Aruba Controllers, ClearPass, and large-scale Wi-Fi deployment sGood understanding of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) and NA CExperience with VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing basic sPreferred Skills :Experience in campus or university network environment sKnowledge of RF planning and wireless site survey sBasic understanding of firewall (Palo Alto or similar) integratio n Interested candidates may please share their CV at the subject as Application for Network Administrato r.
