You will own compnys FY revenue target — a 4-5x scale-up from current levels. You will
build, lead, and scale the entire direct-sales and channel-partner engine — Bangalore as your base, with
expansion across major Indian metros and key NRI corridors. You will own the P&L, the team, the channel
ecosystem, the AI-augmented sales stack, and the number. No part of this is shared.
Director Sales & Channel
Build & Launch
Complete product, vertical, pipeline, team, and
CRM diagnostic. Submit a 12-month booking-to-
collection plan, ratified by the CEO.
Restructure the direct sales team. Onboard the
first cohort of channel partners across launch
cities. Deploy an AI-augmented sales stack
(CRM, lead scoring, agentic outreach). Close Q1
on plan.
Launch the NRI channel program.
Close FY on or above target. Submit a
credible scale-up roadmap for FY .
M U S T - H A V E E X P E R I E N C E
%B8; 12-18 years of total sales experience, with the last 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
%B8; Sector background (any one): real estate (plotted developments, premium residential ₹1 Cr+
ticket, or managed farmland), fractional ownership platforms (Strata, hBits, MYRE Capital, Property
Share, Assetmonk, etc.), or wealth/AIF platforms with ₹1 Cr+ ticket sizes.
%B8; Have personally led — as Sales Head, Director, AVP, or VP — a team that delivered ₹250 Cr+ in
annual revenue. You were directly in charge of that team and that number, not a peripheral
contributor.
%B8; Managed teams of 15+ (direct + indirect: BD, inside sales, channel managers, pre-sales).
%B8; Worked at one company of ₹500 Cr+ scale AND have demonstrable comfort operating in a startup
or founder-led environment.
%B8; Built and managed a traditional real-estate channel-partner network — onboarding, training,
incentive design, payouts, and performance discipline.
%B8; Strong, demonstrable experience in defining and implementing sales processes end-to-end — sales
playbooks, lead-to-close workflows, channel-partner onboarding and payout SOPs, weekly and
monthly review cadences, CRM discipline, and pipeline-stage standards. You have built these from
scratch in a prior role and can produce the actual documents, templates, and dashboards as
evidence.
%B8; Willing to operate under sustained high pressure and own complete delivery of the defined target.
The FY target is the contract — you sign up to deliver it, accept the cadence and
accountability required, and do not bring excuses for missed quarters.
%B8; Bangalore-based, or willing to relocate within 30 days. This is non-negotiable.
You are fluent in modern, AI-augmented sales operations. You have hands-on working knowledge of:
%B8; Enterprise CRMs with AI features — Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LeadSquared AI, or Zoho
CRM.
%B8; Agentic AI tools — for lead qualification, scoring, and outbound outreach automation.
%B8; WhatsApp Business API stacks — Interakt, Gupshup, or Wati.
%B8; Sales dashboards — Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
%B8; AI-driven sales coaching — conversation-intelligence and call-analytics tools.
