Network Operations Analyst

The Network Operations Analyst will manage the resolution of any part or parts that Choice warehousing partners are unable to process to completion of the replenishment and return workflows. The role involves effectively communicating with warehousing partners and clients to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolution is aligned with Choice process requirements. The Ideal candidate will be analytical, have strong investigative skills and be able to effectively communicate to both warehousing partners and client.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nReview and analyze all active Materials in Review (MIR) tickets to identify root cause\nDevelop and implement resolution plans based on MIR root cause\nCoordinate with support teams (Client Services, IT, Operations / etc.) as needed\nDrive closure on any identified resolution paths with vendor partners and ensure accurate root causes are being systemically captured\nProvide world class communication to all internal and external stakeholders\nMonitor trends and make data driven decisions for resolution, together with Client Services and Operations\nIdentify and communicate process and system improvement opportunities\nSupport client facing team members to ensure world class customer service\n\nSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious experience in logistics is preferred.\nExperience in client-facing roles preferred.\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to analyze data with high attention to detail.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively\nProven ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.\nDemonstrated problem solver with the ability to influence others to drive solutions
