Title SAP Basis Resource\nEmployment Type: Contract\nCity: Remote Work from India for US Based client\nStatus: Accepting Candidates\nNumber of positions:1\nNeed someone to do configuration with SAP IBP & SAP ECC\n\nDescription:\nStart: ASAP\nTechnical Requirement Overview: Design, configure, and support the technical connectivity between SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform and SAP ECC (R/3) systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEstablish SAP IBP & ECC Connectivity\n· Design, implement, and support end‑to‑end connectivity between SAP IBP (cloud) and SAP ECC R/3 (on‑prem).\n· Configure and maintain:\no CPI‑DS (Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services)\no SAP CPI (Integration Suite) connectivity where applicable.\n· Set up and troubleshoot:\no RFC destinations\no HTTP(S) connections\no SAP Cloud Connector\no SAP BTP sub‑accounts and trust relationships\nPerform Basis Technical Configuration and Troubleshooting\n· Perform Basis configuration related to integration scenarios.\n· Manage SAP certificates, SSL/TLS, and secure communication between cloud and on‑prem systems.\n· Coordinate SAP kernel, support pack, and add‑on compatibility for IBP integration.\n· Manage Transports.\n· Manage Data copy between environments.\n· Manage workload of background processing using SAP Tuning strategy.\n· Manage Switch framework, SAP Add-ons, soamanager for API connectivity.\n· Monitor and troubleshoot:\no Data extraction and load jobs\no CPI‑DS and CPI message failures\no Performance and connectivity issues\nSecurity & Compliance\n· Work with SAP Security team to ensure secure system‑to‑system communication and compliance with corporate security standards.\nDelivery Support\n· Collaborate with functional, integration, and project teams during the implementation phase\n· Produce technical documentation covering connectivity architecture and configuration settings and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
