Associate Director - Partnership

Job Summary:

The Associate Director - Partnership will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a strong background in partnership management and a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining key relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in partnership management
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth through partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
