Key Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testing\nImplement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templating\nManage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injection\nConfigure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase data\nEnsure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraints\nPartner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via mParticle\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign execution\nDeep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content\nStrong experience with mParticle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validation\nExperience configuring mParticle connections and feeds to downstream tools including Braze\nFamiliarity with mParticle debugging tools to validate event flow, attributes, and user profiles\nExperience working with Census for data activation is a plus\nHands-on experience with Braze SDKs for mobile and web , including implementation best practices and troubleshooting\nStrong understanding of large-scale campaign execution and operational considerations\n\nAbout the Company\n\nVRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company, committed to delivering end-to-end Digital solutions and services to its customers worldwide.
