Graphic Designer

Digiaccel Learning is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our content and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling creatives across digital platforms including social media, website, marketing campaigns, program content, presentations, and brand collaterals.

This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful visual communication and build a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, website, emailers, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Create visual assets for academic and learner-facing content such as presentations, reports, guides, and event materials
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and program teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual communication
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, and overall visual language across all touchpoints
• Develop creatives for events, workshops, webinars, campus initiatives, and outreach activities
• Work on visual storytelling through static creatives, infographics, social media posts, and promotional collaterals.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, formats, and tools to continuously improve design quality and innovation
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners whenever required for execution of branding and design requirements

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communication Design, Applied Arts, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and related design software
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfort working in a high-growth, startup-like environment with multiple priorities

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing
• Experience designing for social media growth and performance campaigns
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and workflows
