Research Partnerships & Grant Programs Lead

You will work closely with researchers, clinicians, academic institutions, hospitals, and grant program managers to develop collaborative research proposals and submit competitive grant applications.\nThis role sits at the intersection of healthcare delivery, clinical research, AI, and strategy. You will work directly with the founders to build a network of research collaborators. The partnerships and research programs you develop will generate real-world evidence on the reliability, implementation, and impact of our products while creating opportunities for new product development and commercialization.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nResearch Partnerships Development\nIdentify and engage researchers, clinicians, and academic collaborators whose interests align with Foster’s technology roadmap and research priorities\nBuild long-term relationships with universities, research institutions, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to enable research collaborations.\n\nGrant Identification & Strategy\nIdentify research grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, healthcare organizations, and research programs.\nEvaluate grant opportunities and prioritize those aligned with company objectives.\nMaintain a calendar and tracking system for upcoming research grant opportunities.\n\nGrant Writing & Submission\nCollaborate with research partners to develop grant applications, including project timelines, budgets and supporting documents.\nCoordinate with all contributors and ensure timely submission of grant applications .\n\nResearch Program Management\nFacilitate activation of funded programs, including stakeholder coordination and regulatory or ethics approval processes where required.\nIdentify opportunities for publications, conference abstracts, presentations, and other research outputs arising from projects.\n\nSuccess Metrics\nYour success will be measured through:\nNew research partnerships established\nGrant submissions completed\nTotal grant funding secured\nPublications or abstracts facilitated\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired\n1-3 years of experience in building research partnerships, grant proposal development, academic administration, healthcare innovation, research program management , or related fields.\nExperience writing, coordinating, or contributing to successful scientific grant applications.\nStrong scientific and technical writing skills.\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder alignment abilities.\nAbility to execute and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, digital health, or AI.\nFamiliarity with academic research environments and research grant ecosystems.\nExperience with government, foundation, or institutional research grant programs.\nAn advanced degree (Master's, PhD, MPH, MD, or equivalent) is a plus.\nExisting network within healthcare research, or AI research communities.\n\nIf you're interested, reach out at with your CV.
