Job Description – AI/ML Engineer Location: Greater Noida / Remote\nExperience: 1–3 Years\nCompensation: We actively seek top-tier AI talent, including Kaggle Masters/Grandmasters and exceptional AI engineers. Compensation will be among the best in the market and commensurate with demonstrated expertise.\n\nRole Overview We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build Settlemed AI for advance claim processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Python-based backend development.\nKey Responsibilities 1.

AI/ML & Agentic AI Development Build and orchestrate LLM-based applications using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.\nDesign and optimize RAG pipelines using Qdrant and embedding models.\nDevelop AI agents with tool-calling capabilities and workflow automation.\nBuild scalable AI services using Python and FastAPI.\n2. Anthropic Workflow Stack Implementation Structured Workflow Actions\nLive Healthcare Data Connectors\nMCP-Native System Connections\n\nRequired Skills Python-first, Fast API comfortable\nLLM orchestration (Claude API, Caching)\nRAG, pipeline building(your Qdrant + BGE-M3 Stack)\nPrompt Engineering\nAgentic AI Frameworks & MCP\nREST APIs and System Integrations\n\nBonus Points\nKaggle profile with medals in NLP, Healthcare AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision competitions.\nContributions to open-source AI/ML projects.\nPublished research papers, blogs, or technical content in AI/ML.\n\nKaggle Master, Kaggle Grandmaster, or candidates with top-ranked Kaggle competition achievements will be strongly preferred.
