  1. 8-10 years of experience with Information Technology
  2. Reviews, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  3. Gathers & documents requirements, defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  4. Be a liaison between business and development teams.
  5. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  6. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
  7. Experience with data analysis on ERP systems (SAP, JDE), Data Analytics and Salesforce
  8. Experience in working with Agile teams and concepts.
  9. Good knowledge of creating user stories and leading as an SME
  10. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  11. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
  12. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  13. Typically reports to a manager.
