Associate- Art Design & AI Content Generation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual content for digital, social media, web, and marketing platforms
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and engaging creative concepts
• Utilize AI-powered tools to generate content and improve design workflows
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Create and support VFX and animation content for promotional and creative projects
• Stay updated on current design trends, emerging technologies, AI advancements, VFX techniques, and animation trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, VFX, and animation
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Experience using AI design/content generation tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway ML, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, motion design, and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of video editing, compositing, motion graphics, and animation workflows
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing design
• Familiarity with 2D/3D animation pipelines and VFX production processes
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing creative design, animation, and VFX work preferred
