This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, requiring someone who can translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling value propositions for prospects in the financial services sector.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProduct Positioning &Messaging\nDevelop compelling product narratives and value propositions for AI-based credit decisioning and loan portfolio management solutions.\nCreate differentiated messaging that resonates with financial institutions, NBFCs, banks, and fintech companies.\nTranslate technical AI/ML capabilities into business outcomes and ROI for target audiences.\n\nGo-to-Market Strategy\nDesign and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases.\nCollaborate with product teams to understand roadmap and competitive positioning.\nDevelop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and demo scripts.\n\nMarket Intelligence & Customer Insights\nConduct market research to understand buyer personas, pain points, and decision-making processes.\nAnalyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.\nGather customer feedback and translate insights into product and marketing strategies.\n\nSales Enablement\nPartner with sales teams to develop effective prospecting and closing materials.\nConduct training sessions on product features, competitive positioning, and value propositions.\nCreate customer success stories and reference materials.\n\nContent &Thought Leadership\nDevelop high-quality content, including blogs, webinars, solution briefs, and industry reports.\nPosition the company as a thought leader in AI for lending and credit risk management.\nManage relationships with industry analysts and media.\nOwnership of Kaleidofin's website.\n\nWho you need to be?\n\n2+years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology.\nProven track record of launching and marketing complex technical products.\nPreferred from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, IIMs, ISB, or other reputed universities.\nExperience marketing AI/ML products, credit tech, lending platforms, or risk management solutions preferred.\n\nJob location: Chennai
