Product Marketing Manager (Healthcare SaaS)\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer adoption, market awareness, and revenue growth.\n\nProduct Positioning & Go-to-Market\nDevelop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for mConsent solutions.\nCreate customer-centric messaging for dental practices, DSOs, orthodontists, pediatric practices, oral surgeons, and other specialties.\nPlan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and enhancements, including launch campaigns, customer communications, webinars, training, and sales enablement.\n\nSales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence\nCreate and maintain sales assets including presentations, one-pagers, battle cards, competitive comparison sheets, ROI calculators, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer success stories.\nConduct product training for Sales and Customer Success teams.\nMonitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities while delivering actionable insights and win/loss analysis.\n\nContent, SEO & AI Search Optimization\nDevelop product-focused content including landing pages, solution pages, blogs, case studies, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and customer success stories.\nDrive SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.\nPartner with development and content teams to optimize technical SEO, schema markup, website performance, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.\n\nCustomer Marketing & Demand Generation\nSupport customer advocacy programs, testimonials, review campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and expansion initiatives.\nCollaborate with Demand Generation teams on paid advertising, email marketing, partner marketing, conversion optimization, and campaign messaging to drive pipeline growth.\n\nAnalytics & Performance\nMeasure and report on product adoption, feature usage, campaign performance, website traffic, AI search visibility, pipeline influence, win/loss trends, customer engagement, and marketing-attributed revenue.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve product adoption, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo), analytics and SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), CMS platforms, technical SEO, CRO, schema markup, AI-powered marketing tools, and productivity platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Perplexity.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\n3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS Marketing, or Product Marketing Management.\nExperience in Healthcare Technology, Dental Software, SaaS, HealthTech, or Practice Management software is preferred.\nStrong understanding of product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, content marketing, and demand generation.\nExcellent communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing teams.\n\nWork Schedule\nCandidates must be willing to work night shifts.
