Role Description (Remote)

This is a full-time role. The Creative Copywriter will craft clear, engaging copy for marketing campaigns, social media content , digital platforms content, print collateral, and showroom materials content that reflect Nolte India’s brand voice and premium positioning. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with the marketing and design teams, writing and refining copy for websites, social media, brochures, emailers, and in-store communication, and adapting global brand content for the Indian audience. The role involves collaborating closely with designers & marketing team to create persuasive narratives and product stories, conducting basic research to understand customer needs and trends, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all written communication. The Creative Copywriter will also review and edit existing content, maintain brand style guidelines, and contribute ideas to enhance campaign impact and customer engagement.

Qualifications

· Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy across digital and print channels.

· Proven Creative Writing and Creativity Skills to generate original campaign ideas, storytelling concepts, and compelling product narratives.

· Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and incorporate feedback constructively.

· Ability to adapt tone and style for different formats such as social media, website pages, email campaigns, and in-store communication.

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar creative role, preferably in premium retail, lifestyle, furniture, or interior design sectors.

· Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
