Job Title: SHM – Technical Sales & Service

Experience: 10 years

Ctc range- 15 Lpa (Depends on interview)

Industry: Civil Infrastructure / Hydro / Transportation

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and condition monitoring solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Identify business opportunities in Hydro Power Projects, Bridges, Rail/Road Tunnels, and Dam Safety sectors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable monitoring systems for:
• Strain / Stress Monitoring
• Leakage Detection
• Temperature Monitoring
• Deflection Measurement
• Crack & Structural Movement Monitoring
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for system configuration and deployment.
• Participate in government and private tenders related to infrastructure monitoring.
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Achieve sales targets and support project execution activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of advanced structural health monitoring technologies and sensor-based systems .
• Understanding of civil structures and infrastructure safety monitoring.
• Experience in technical sales / solution selling in infrastructure domain.
• Ability to read civil drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Structural / Instrumentation / Mechanical or related field.
