Role Overview \n

We are looking for a seasoned Production leader , responsible for managing large-scale tablet manufacturing operations with a monthly capacity of ~400 million tablets. The role involves leading a sizable workforce, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Oversee end-to-end tablet production operations to meet volume, quality, and timeline targets
\n
• Act as a key support to the Plant Head in strategic and operational decision-making
\n
• Manage and lead a team of 300+ employees, including shift managers and supervisors
\n
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity standards
\n
• Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and process efficiency
\n
• Handle deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control
\n
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations
\n
• Prepare for and manage regulatory audits, especially USFDA inspections
\n
