We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team and lead our Transmission Line Project in Beed, Maharashtra.

Role Purpose: The Construction Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of transmission line construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end transmission line construction activities (33kV/132kV/220kV/400kV as applicable).
\n
• Supervise foundation work, stub setting, tower erection, and stringing operations.
\n
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
\n
• Plan and monitor construction schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
\n
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors for optimal performance.
\n
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure project alignment.
\n
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
\n

The Construction Manager will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
\n

Experience:

\n
• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in transmission line construction projects.
\n

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of transmission line construction methods and practices.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for project tracking and documentation.
\n

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address project challenges.
\n
• Adaptability and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
