We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accounting Professional to support the financial operations of a fast-growing SaaS platform serving a large customer base and managing high-volume financial transactions. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in financial accounting who are passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial management.

As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, monitor transactions, and contribute to the organization's financial efficiency. Requirements

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports on a regular basis.

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
\n
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
\n
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
\n
• Monitor transaction records and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams to support billing, payment processing, and expense management.
\n
• Assist in audit preparation by maintaining complete financial documentation and supporting schedules.
\n
• Improve accounting workflows and recommend process enhancements for greater operational efficiency.
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities as required.

• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles and accounting best practices.
\n
• Experience managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
\n
• Knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
\n
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across finance and business teams.
\n
• A proactive, organized, and accountable approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth business environment is an added advantage.
