Role 1: Salesforce Lead Architect:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in implementing Salesforce Omni-Channels, ICT integrations including Amazon Connect and Bring Your Own Telephony (BYOT), and Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the discovery workshops, architectural/design activities to implement a scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Required Certification /Experience /Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Ability to collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experienced in ensuring seamless Omni-Channel routing and agent experience across voice, chat, and email.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel setup, and ICT architecture.
- Hands-on experience integrating Amazon Connect and BYOT solutions.

Role 2: Salesforce Architect /Tech Lead:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect (Tech Lead) with deep expertise in Sales /Service Cloud (OOTB Features like Workflows, Approvals, Lead /Opportunity /Account /Case Management, and Apex /LWC), and a strong background in assessing the health of Salesforce orgs in line with Salesforce best practices including security and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, recommending high-level solutions, and supporting strategic CRM transformation initiatives. Experience with Omni-Channel and telephony integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect, BYOT) is beneficial.
Required Certification /Experience /Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, IDAM, Security and Integration Architect certifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, technical lead, and implementation.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive health assessments of the Salesforce org against Salesforce best practices - e.g., security, integration, data model, user experience, performance bottlenecks, custom apex/LWC, etc.
- Ability to document findings /observations and recommend specific solutions to address them
- Hands on experience in using Salesforce org assessment tools like Salesforce Optimizer
- Experience in developing capability heatmaps and license utilization reports.
