Mandatory skills*

• 1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sigma Analytics and Snowflake
  2. Strong experience working in an AMS project model, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management.
  3. Proven ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical teams and business users.
