1) Manages tasks and problems of moderate to substantial complexity, requiring detailed understanding and application of discipline specific guidelines.
2) Manages broader work assignments, impacting operational improvements, technical areas, and minor strategic decisions within multiple projects across multiple teams.
3) Makes independent critical decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations. May include, making decisions that influence short-term operational goals and overall project success.
4) Manages multiple teams or projects, providing direction and support while still under the oversight of higher management. 5) Oversees the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
6)Strategically allocates resources to optimize utilization across high-complexity projects and balance team workloads
Leads and orchestrates Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with leadership, product management, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
7) Active role in Agile Release Train (ART) meetings to ensure the preparation, readiness, and prioritization of features for future PI planning sessions, in partnership with product management and system architects
8) Develops and oversees comprehensive risk management plans, conducts regular risk assessments, and deploys mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
Interprets relevant portfolio, Release Train, and team-level metrics
9) Champions Inspect & Adapt sessions and other retrospective meetings to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teams
10) Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards within the Agile Release Train (ART)

Mandatory skills*

1) Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies 2) Experience in project management software tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
3) Experience in writing technical documentation 4) Experience in program delivery or project management, preferably within a technology-focused environment
5) Experience in leading project teams with a track record of successful project delivery

Desired skills*

1) Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies
2) Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions and innovative solutions
3) Knowledge of the full life cycle of product development, from concept to delivery, including Test Driven Development 4) Certification in SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), SA (SAFe Agilist), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
