Instructional Designer / Learning Content Designer Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 3 – 6 Years Key Responsibilities '05; Develop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs '05; Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents '05; Design learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements '05; Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content '05; Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets '05; Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies '05; Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva Qualifications & Skills '14;️ 3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation '14;️ Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards '14;️ Strong content structuring and writing skills '14;️ Good understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy '14;️ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva '14;️ Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders '14;️ Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
