Inside Sales Specialist

Company Description We are a SaaS product company building an all-in-one ERP platform for restaurants and retail businesses. Our goal is to simplify operations and help businesses grow using technology. We started with POS and have now evolved into a complete operating system covering inventory, production, and customer engagement. We’re currently scaling across India and the Middle East and looking for people who can grow with us.Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Understand customer requirements and explain our product.
\n
• Schedule and conduct online product demos.
\n
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
\n
• Update customer details in the CRM.
\n
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\n

• Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Sales.
\n
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
\n
• Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction.
\n
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
\n
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
