Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an Inside Sales/Voice Process team.
\n
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
\n
• Monitor team productivity, conversions, and revenue.
\n
• Manage team attrition and shrinkage effectively.
\n
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions.
\n
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
\n
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and other performance metrics.
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process/Sales.
\n
• Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and B2C Sales.
\n
• Strong team handling experience.
\n
• Experience in managing attrition and shrinkage.
\n
• Good understanding of sales KPIs, productivity, and performance management.
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
\n
• Graduation is mandatory.
