- Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.
- Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.
- Train analyst.
- Good knowledge on SWIFT messages that are relating to corporate action (MT 564 to MT 568 messages).
- Good knowledge on capital market.
- End to end understanding towards corporate action lifecycle.
- Should have experience in narrative management with regard to corporate action events.
- Good Business Communication with all the interaction with counterparts & custodian.
- Good communication and articulation during any team meetings.
- Good global view of different Corporate Action & related SWIFT messages
- Support on SOP revamp activities.
- Remain very flexible to all business requirements.
- Accurate & timely login as per shift timings, avoid unplan leaves.
- Active participation on team activities and organizational initiatives (SGSS/SG).
- Daily work-related priorities should be done diligently and successfully execute it in the given time frame.
- Challenging the data sources or custodians in case of poor data quality in the swifts received also raise incidents if there is technical issue for the applications the team uses.
- Adherence to the standard operating procedures and updating all the exceptions in appropriate documents (SOP) or the trackers.
- Prompt response to the queries raised by onshore team/processing/downstream teams.
- Corporate action risk monitoring skills.
- Thorough understanding of swift messages and to know potential risks that could arise due to bad quality swift messages.
- Good analytical, logical & Rationality skills.
- Remain flexible for taking up adhoc requests.
