Senior Business Development Representative (US Market)
About the Role
Oloop Technology Solutions is hiring an experienced Business Development Representative to drive new business across the US mid-market and SMB segment. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role focused on identifying and qualifying companies that are strong candidates for enterprise SaaS solutions and converting that interest into qualified sales opportunities.
You'll be selling SaaS (Salesforce products) not services. Your job is to surface companies that need Salesforce, Tableau, Informatica, or MuleSoft, get them into conversations with decision makers, and hand off qualified pipeline. You'll work closely with company leadership on the harder conversations and help build durable relationships with enterprise software vendors and their field sales teams.
What You'll Do
• Identify, research, and prioritize US based mid-market and SMB companies that fit our target customer profile
• Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, and LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified opportunities
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, budget, timing, and decision-making process
• Book and prepare for meetings with senior Oloop team members, who will join you on demos and qualification calls
• Maintain accurate, complete records of all activity in Salesforce: every touch, every conversation, every outcome
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and contact intelligence tools
• Run structured cadences to generate pipeline
• Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns into your prospect lists
• Maintain a steady cadence of touchpoints with our existing network of US based contacts
What We're Looking For
Required:
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS BDR/SDR experience selling into US based companies
• Demonstrable track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound (specific numbers expected in the interview)
• Strong English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for US market calls and meetings
• Daily working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one sales intelligence platform (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, or similar)
• Experience running structured outreach cadences (Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot Sequences, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working US business hours from India long-term
Strongly preferred:
• Prior experience selling enterprise SaaS into US mid-market or SMB accounts
• Experience selling into a defined vertical (manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
• Familiarity with the broader Salesforce product ecosystem
Nice to have:
• Any Salesforce certifications
