Project Manager – Network Operations & Infrastructure\nLocation: Remote\nExperience: 8–15 Years\n\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and operational initiatives across Cisco WAN/LAN environments. The candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder coordination, operational governance, and cross-functional technical teams in a 18*7 enterprise environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end network infrastructure and operations projects\nCoordinate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams\nTrack project timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations\nLead client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management\nOversee incident, change, and operational governance activities\nEnsure SLA adherence and smooth delivery of network operations\nSupport projects involving Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless, WAF, DNS, and Load Balancing\nMaintain project documentation, SOPs, RCA reports, and runbooks\nDrive automation and process improvement initiatives\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in Cisco WAN/LAN environments\nKnowledge of Routing & Switching, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP\nExperience with Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN\nExposure to Aruba Wireless, F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF, Infoblox DDI\nUnderstanding of Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and REST APIs\nExperience managing 24x7 Network Operations / NOC environments\nStrong project management, coordination, and communication skills\nExperience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field\nPMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred\nCCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / Aruba / F5 certifications are an advantage\nExposure to AWS/Azure cloud networking environments preferred
