Job Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and innovative Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. The EIR will work closely with our leadership, portfolio companies, and community to drive entrepreneurial initiatives, mentor emerging startups, and foster an environment of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Coaching:

Provide guidance and support to early-stage companies within our ecosystem.

Conduct one-on-one sessions with founders to address challenges and strategize growth.

• Program Development:

Design and implement workshops, seminars, and events to educate and inspire entrepreneurs.

Collaborate with the team to enhance existing programs focused on startup growth and sustainability.

• Networking & Partnerships:

Leverage your network to connect startups with potential investors, partners, and resources.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetups.

• Strategic Planning:

Assist in identifying trends and opportunities within the market to guide investment strategies.

Contribute to the development of new business models and ventures.

• Thought Leadership:

Produce content, such as blog posts, articles, or podcasts, to share insights on entrepreneurship and innovation.

Engage with the broader entrepreneurial community to promote our mission and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an entrepreneur, with a successful track record of founding and growing startups
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including fundraising, scaling, and market dynamics
• Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in venture capital or investment
• Established network within the startup community and industry sectors
• Background in technology, innovation, or a relevant field.
