Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions to ensure a productive and thriving workplace. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will track performance metrics, address employee inquiries, provide guidance to management, and lead training and development initiatives to nurture talent. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention practices
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to develop and implement training and professional development programs
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and HR analytics
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
