What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nHandling Expert level of hands-on experience on SAP Roles &\naccess, SAP Security support issues.\nWorking as part of the SAP Support Desk team in a Contact Centre\nsetup.\nSolving user queries and technical problems independently.\nSupporting day-to-day issues related to finance transactions and\ntravel expenses.\nCommunicating clearly in English with users (spoken and written).\nCreating and updating support documents and issue logs.\nWilling to learn and support other SAP areas like user creation.\nMeeting service level targets in a Service Desk environment.\nHelping improves support processes and team efficiency.\n\nMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
