As a Manager in Global Shared Services (GSS) Operations, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Project Managers (CPM) and Campaign Sourcing Specialists while driving operational excellence in our campaign delivery system. Your mission will be to build, mentor, and scale a team DCM's while ensuring the successful execution of Prime Video Marketing Campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who excels at developing talent, driving operational excellence, and leveraging data to optimize performance. You will build and maintain strong partnerships across GSS teams, influence stakeholders, and create scalable solutions that drive efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of leading teams through complex operational challenges. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Your experience in people management, coupled with expertise in digital production or marketing operations, enables you to effectively balance team development with operational demands.

In this role, you will be accountable for both team performance and operational excellence. You will drive innovation initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement data-driven solutions to improve team efficiency. As a key member of the GSS leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning and goal setting while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage end-to-end operational metrics, lead business reviews, and develop strategies to scale operations effectively. Your focus on people development will ensure team growth aligns with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of campaign delivery excellence.


Key job responsibilities
People Management:
oLead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Sourcing Specialists and Project Managers.
oEstablish team objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.
oManage individual and team performance expectations and goals.
oConduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
oDrive career development planning and growth opportunities for team members.
oCultivate a positive team culture aligned with GSS vision and values.
oIdentify and implement training needs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team (L&D).
oDrive end-to-end hiring process for their team.


Operational Leadership:
oCollaborate with teams across GSS to optimize cross-functional workflows and ensure operational excellence.
oRepresent the CSPM team in cross-functional leadership meetings.
oOwn end-to-end operational metrics and KPIs for their team.
oMonitor and optimize team capacity and workload distribution, in collaboration with Planning team.
oTrack and analyze key performance metrics and business indicators.
oDevelop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
oManage escalations and resolve complex operational challenges.


Data Analysis & Reporting:
oConduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and business impacts.
oIdentify and track team metrics that drive business success.
oLead business reviews and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
oCollaborate on COE documentation based on problem identification, root cause analysis, and solutions.
oGenerate and analyze performance reports to drive data-informed decisions.
oDrive data-informed decision making across the organization.


Process Improvement:
oDrive innovation and automation initiatives within the team.
oBuild and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and managers across GSS.
oWork closely with support function teams to implement process improvements.
oIdentify opportunities for workflow optimization and efficiency gains.
oContribute to strategic planning and goal setting for the team and GSS.
oFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About the team
As the sole CSPM Team Manager in India, you will manage a team of 15+ CPMs across both the BLR and MAA sites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the India timezone, maintaining close alignment with the CSPM management team in SJO. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and effective information flow to all team members, keeping your team current on priorities, processes, and updates, and exercising sound judgment on when to escalate issues to senior leadership.
