Growth Manager is an AI first organic growth engine built for the new search era. It helps companies win visibility and demand from AI search engines like Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and traditional search, using programmatic content, entity based structuring, and AI native optimisation. Our clients include pioneering companies at the forefront of AI and technological innovation.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth & Strategy Intern for the AI Search Visibility practice. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly emerging discipline of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), where brands work to be cited inside AI-generated answers. You will work on live client engagements, from intelligence gathering, content review, back linking campaigns through to assisting with client management.
What You'll Do
- Run AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, capturing citations, sentiment, and source URLs
- Perform competitor benchmarking, link-gap analysis, and citation-share studies
- Prepare monthly client reports across engagements, surfacing patterns and insights
- Conduct backlink campaigns and map community discussion opportunities for clients
- Support content operations across multiple innovative startups
- Assist in running monthly client review calls with founders and senior stakeholders
- Conduct outreach calls with founders and senior stakeholders
- Manage dashboards showing client visibility, gaps, and month-on-month progress
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, where required
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation
- Comfort with Google sheets, prompt-based AI tools, and learning new software
- Excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, and reliability under deadline
- Calm and composed verbal presence on calls with senior stakeholders
