We are seeking an experienced Artist Management Specialist who will play a critical role in managing artist and celebrity operations on the HitFame platform.

This role requires prior hands-on experience in artist management or the media & entertainment industry , along with strong industry connections and the ability to manage high-profile talent professionally.

The selected candidate will be responsible for artist onboarding, relationship management, talent acquisition, and collaboration execution , while acting as a key bridge between artists, brands, and internal teams .

• Handle incoming artist and celebrity queries from the HitFame platform
• Identify, approach, and onboard artists, celebrities, and high-profile creators
• Clearly communicate HitFame’s value proposition, premium features, and monetization opportunities
• Manage onboarding processes including documentation, profile setup, and verification

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists, talent managers, and representatives
• Act as a primary point of contact for onboarded talent
• Ensure artist satisfaction, engagement, and retention on the platform
• Handle artist expectations, negotiations, and concerns with professionalism

• Leverage existing industry connections to onboard reputed artists and emerging talent
• Expand network across films, music, OTT platforms, influencers, and digital creators
• Continuously scout and onboard high-potential talent aligned with platform growth

• Coordinate with brands, agencies, and internal teams for artist collaborations and bookings
• Assist in executing brand campaigns, endorsements, and artist engagements
• Ensure seamless coordination between artists, brands, and operations teams

• Maintain high-quality standards for artist profiles and listings
• Identify opportunities to improve artist visibility, engagement, and monetization
• Contribute to revenue growth through artist onboarding and premium offerings

• Maintain structured records of artist onboarding, interactions, and deals
• Share regular updates on artist acquisition, engagement, and growth metrics
• Provide actionable insights to improve platform performance and talent strategy

• Mandatory: Prior experience in artist management OR media & entertainment industry
• Proven experience in handling artists, celebrities, influencers, or talent portfolios
• Strong understanding of how the entertainment and creator ecosystem operates
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to interact confidently with high-profile individuals and decision-makers
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Professional approach to handling confidentiality and sensitive information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Must have worked in artist management agencies, talent agencies, production houses, or media & entertainment companies
• Must have direct experience managing or coordinating with artists, influencers, or celebrities
• Must possess strong industry connections or network (artists, managers, agencies, etc.)
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Must be confident in negotiations, coordination, and relationship handling

• Existing network of artists, celebrities, influencers, or talent managers
• Experience in brand collaborations, endorsements, or artist bookings
• Exposure to influencer marketing agencies or OTT/content platforms
• Familiarity with creator platforms, talent marketplaces, or digital ecosystems
• Experience in handling contracts, commercials, or deal negotiations
