Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for KPO/BPO environments, possess strong sourcing capabilities, and be able to identify candidates who align with both technical requirements and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
  
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer management processes.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
  
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring success rates.
  
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a KPO, Accounting, Finance, Shared Services, or Professional Services environment.
  
• Proven experience hiring for Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Finance, Audit, and Support functions is highly preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of Australian KPO hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
  
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
