HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates based on client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal database
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals
