Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. 8. Manage key stakeholder relationships, including vendors, job boards, and universities, to maximize partnerships and resources. 9. Champion Employer Branding and reputation management by actively promoting our employer value proposition on social media platforms and sites like Glassdoor.
