Hiring: Senior Sales Leader | AI & Enterprise SaaS

A fast-growing AI-powered enterprise technology company is looking for an exceptional Sales Leader to spearhead revenue growth across India and international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the founders, with complete ownership of the sales function, including strategy, pipeline development, partnerships, team building, and enterprise deal closures.


The organization is transforming how enterprises approach recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce automation through cutting-edge AI solutions. The focus is on helping large enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT services firms, and HR technology buyers modernize hiring through intelligent automation and AI-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Strategy

• Own and deliver annual sales targets with strong pipeline discipline and quarterly milestones.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and alliances.

• Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with large enterprises, India GCCs, and HR tech platforms.

• Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

• Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.


Market & Sector Penetration

• Lead sales initiatives across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors.

• Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and CIOs.

• Develop and execute a dedicated India GCC growth strategy.

• Monitor HR tech, recruitment automation, and AI interview market trends to strengthen positioning and competitiveness.


Partnerships & Alliances

• Identify and onboard strategic channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.

• Build alliances with ATS providers, HR technology platforms, and complementary SaaS partners.

• Develop co-sell and co-marketing programs within the recruitment and workforce management ecosystem.


Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer focus.

• Implement effective sales processes, CRM discipline, and enablement programs.

• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology teams to drive business outcomes.


Brand & Thought Leadership

• Represent the company at industry events, HR tech conferences, and GCC forums.

• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.

• Provide customer and market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.


What We‘re Looking For

Essential Experience

• 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role owning revenue targets.

• Demonstrated success selling SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or technology solutions to large enterprises.

• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in a high-growth startup or technology company environment.

• Experience selling to or within India GCCs (Global Capability Centres), understanding their governance structures, vendor selection processes, and hiring priorities.

• Deep sector exposure in one or more of: BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing, with an understanding of enterprise HR and talent acquisition challenges in these industries.

• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand complex customer environments and map solutions to business outcomes.

• Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.


Added Advantage (Preferred)

• Prior experience selling recruitment platforms, HR tech, or workforce management solutions (e.g., ATS, HCM, RPO tech, assessment platforms).

• Background in selling to or within staffing and recruitment companies, or experience in talent acquisition technology.

• Exposure to AI, automation, or conversational AI solutions, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical buyers.

• Experience in Southeast Asian or Middle Eastern markets will be an added advantage.

• Existing CXO and CHRO relationships in the BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors.
