Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Software licence management

. Manage and maintain accurate software licence entitlement and deployment data in Flexera and Service Now
. Support the full software lifecycle: request, deployment, usage, reclamation and retirement
. Maintain software models, licence rules and standards in Flexera
. Update licence comments and work instructions

ServiceNow integration and operations

. Ensure that license assignments in Flexera accurately result in matching deployment, asset, and CMDB records in ServiceNow, so that both systems represent the same reality.

. Support and troubleshoot licence‑related requests and issues in ServiceNow
. Validate asset and entitlement data within systems
. Fulfil catalogue requests for licensed software
. Complete removal tasks and update compliance records in ServiceNow and Flexera

Reporting and stakeholder engagement

. Provide insights and recommendations to IT Services, Procurement and the business
. Supply accurate entitlement requests to Procurement
. Respond to licence queries from technical teams and business stakeholders

Continuous improvement

. Identify opportunities to improve licence management processes and tooling
. Support improvements to data quality, automation and reporting
. Contribute to Software Asset Management (SAM) team maturity initiatives and best practice adoption

Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies.
