Procurement Executive - Bangalore

Handle GRN , Inbound and outbound operations , stock handle , procure to pay.

Supply Scheduling & Delivery Management:

Plan & manage supply schedules for New Commerce business for the assigned WHs

Oversee deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment & optimize capacity utilization

Procure-to-Pay Process Management:

Coordinate end-to-end P2P activities including vendor confirmation, goods receipt processing, DN/RTV clearance, & invoice reconciliation

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies & timely approvals as per SOPs

Vendor Database & Relationship Management:

Create & maintain a comprehensive vendor database with accurate & updated information

Build strong relationships with WH & Vendor POCs to resolve operational issues promptly

Order & Inventory Coordination:

Negotiate earliest possible delivery dates for purchase orders with vendors

Develop inward plans to ensure timely product delivery & optimal inventory levels

Maintain high in-stock percentages & achieve best possible fill rates for purchase orders

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track WH ops metrics, vendor performance, product availability, & process adherence

Provide regular updates and actionable insights to the management team
